Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotions, or sales events, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Some promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan.

  • COD orders must be confirmed via phone or SMS before dispatch.
  • In case of fake or refused orders, the customer may be restricted from future COD purchases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to check your order status in real-time.

6. Delays in Delivery

While we work with reliable courier services, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • High order volume
  • Courier operational delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is delayed or returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and clear images (if damaged)

We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
